All orders ship to the USA for $4.99 or less.

**Important note regarding USPS "Expected Date of Delivery" shown on tracking:    Please remember that although the USPS is an extremely reliable shipping method, that this is not a day definite service.  The post office does try to give an estimated delivery date in their tracking feed, but the expected delivery date really ends up being nothing more than an estimate based on when the package was shipped.  If the expected date of delivery has passed, your package is still on the way to you and should arrive shortly.  If you have any concerns, please contact us.  

Other Important Shipping Information:

We try hard to keep our store accurate and correctly fulfill your order in a timely manner, but unfortunately sometimes things do happen!  Please read the below policies regarding our products and order fulfillment.

Package Insurance: 

Delivery insurance may be purchased for shipments.  Basically insurance covers non-delivered items confirmed by the delivery tracking information.  If your package has been scanned as delivered by the delivery courier, no insurance claims will be paid.  It is your responsibility to request a safe delivery location for your order.  Orders that go missing after scanned as delivered are not replaceable.  You are responsible for requesting insurance and paying the applicable fee.  Regardless of who is at fault, if you fail to choose package insurance, Hair Hardware assumes no liability after the package has left our shipping facility.

Orders Being Shipped to Freight Forwarders & Different Billing/Shipping:

Orders with different billing/shipping addresses or orders with a freight forwarding company as either the billing or shipping address will be held for at least 3-4 business days, regardless of shipping method chosen, pending verification.  Many of these orders are fraudulent and we have had to add this policy.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  Credit card use safety is of utmost importance to us.  If you require shipping to a freight forwarding company please contact us at 1-800-523-5013 to expedite the processing of your order.

Product Overage/Shortages and Descriptions:

We make every effort to package every item as described including quantity count and pictures.  Although we work closely with our manufacturers and suppliers to keep information current there can occasionally be circumstances where an item may have changed slightly in description or packaging from what is described or pictured.  Unless there is a gross misrepresentation drastically affecting the use of a product we are not responsible for unintentional errors or changes in products.  We reserve the right for +/- 10% of quantities in packaging or unusable portion.  Rest assured we always err on the side of caution when packing items and try to include extras whenever possible. 

 Product Color Charts:

Please keep in mind when ordering items that computer monitors can display colors differently.  If you are unsure of a color please order a small quantity as a sample before committing to a larger order.  The color displayed on your computer screen cannot be solely relied upon as the exact color you will receive.

Unavailable Products:

Generally our online inventory is accurate, however there are times (especially with clearance and one-of-a-kind items) where we may not have enough stock available to fulfill your order.  Our usual policy is to contact you if we have a similar color or size available to see if a substitution is acceptable.  If we do not have a similar item available or we are unable to contact you unavailable items will be removed from your order and refunded via the original payment method.
